Silicon Valley Executive with a Proven Track Record to Drive Customer Acquisition and Licensing Revenue at Wireless Power Technology Leader

CHICAGO, July 20, 2023 – NuCurrent today announced the appointment of Jared Smith as its new Chief Commercial Officer. Smith, who has a track record of driving significant growth at technology licensing companies in Silicon Valley, will be pivotal in NuCurrent’s next phase of growth.

Smith will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of NuCurrent’s commercial strategy – including sales, partnerships and marketing – while accelerating NuCurrent’s trajectory as the world’s fastest-growing wireless power company.

Prior to joining NuCurrent, Smith demonstrated his ability to drive customer and licensing growth at several technology licensing leaders, including ARM, Immersion Corporation and Rambus. At these companies, Smith not only drove customer and licensing growth, but also played a key role in shaping the strategic direction of these companies.
