Honeywell: Advancing the Standard
NuCurrent developed a custom solution to address Honeywell’s requirement to deliver 10W of power across 8-10mm of separation. The previous Qi standard was 5W at 3-5mm, and could not deliver wireless power to the mobile computers.
With the integration of NuCurrent’s extended range wireless charging solution, Honeywell was able to further ruggedize the device by removing exposed charging ports.
